We really don’t have anything of importance to say. If it is on our mind we just blurt it out. We don’t filter or proof read, because who has time for that!

We are too busy thinking about after school snacks, 365 ways to make chicken, Clorox wipes, dirty socks, and who’s going to clean up the toothpaste in the sink.

We’re busy watching Benedict Cumberbatch on Sesame Street. Ok, LOVE Sherlock on PBS. LOVE.

And Downton Abbey this season. Can we just talk about that? Bates, what are you going to do? It is G-O-O-D!

Sunday nights at my house have turned into Mom Night.

I write DO NOT DISTURB on my forehead and grab the good Pinot.

I hibernate under the covers for a couple hours watching PBS. I feel like a big kid. Watching mature television. Dreaming of a Viking River Cruise. I think I will take a crack at the 2014 Masterpiece Sweepstakes. A chance to win a 5-day trip for two adults. YES, adults only! Of course I wouldn’t know how to behave at a Highclere Castle VIP reception.

Note to self, don’t enter sweepstakes.

I have better things to do with my time like catching up on the latest news about the Velveeta cheese shortage. What are we going to do? I hope everyone got to make their prize winning queso dip for the big game.
